1) Do you accept PayPal or credit cards?
Yes. We accept PayPal and credit cards.

2) What happens if I arrive late?
Just let us know if you are going to be late for the tour and we will inform the tour guide to wait for you or reschedule for another day.

3) Where does the tour end?
We usually start and finish all bike tours at the same location 1664 Broadway (between 51 and 52 Streets). However, on pedicab tour you can let us know where you would like to end and we can accommodate this if it is not far from Central Park South. 

4) What accessories are provided?
We provide locks, helmets, baskets.

5) Do I need to make a reservation online?
When you will book online you get discount. Plus bikes availability is guaranteed.

6) What is the cost for returning a bike late?
There will be $10 charge for each consecutive hour.

7) What should I wear?
We recommend you to wear comfortable shoes and regular clothes.

8) What kind of deposit is required for renting a bike?
Driver license, student ID, foreign passport or credit card.

 

9) Do you sell any beverages at your location?
No.

10) How do I rent a bicycle?
Just come to 1664 Broadway with confirmation latter or on your electronic device.

11) Does a bike have insurance?
We are not responsible for any personal injury. And, all customers are fully responsible for the bikes.

12) How many people can fit in one pedicab?
Pedicab can carry up to 3 adults or 2 adults and up 2 kids under 9 years old. If you need two or more pedicabs, we make sure that they stay close together (often side by side) during the entire tour, so that your group stays together.
